Start Improvising
Embrace your creative spirit! Learn to improvise and add your unique flair to fiddling melodies. Original working title of this course was “improv for dummies.”
Using practical and hands-on techniques we will unlock improvisation on your instrument. Scales, patterns, and improvisational tools.
Boost musical confidence and creativity. No longer be afraid to play a solo off the page.
Delivery:
1 live class weekly on Monday nights at 8pm. Outside of class, students will have 30-60 minutes of weekly practice homework and assignments.
Winter 2024 - Runs: March 4 -25 /4 week course
Meeting online using google meets. Sessions will be recorded for viewing after.
