About the Track: Wildflowers

The opportunity to work on this track was a dream come true in so many ways.

As you all know I have been taking this time to really work on my craft, writing, exploring my own sounds as a musician...truly doing the work. It has not been easy.

This collaboration feels like a grand step in that direction of releasing my own work to you. It is vulnerable and real, and my whole soul is in it.

I would be so honored if you would listen, and lend your ear to the reimagined version of this iconic song.

It was a true pleasure singing a duet with Dave - whose voice I have always found a natural joy to harmonize with. And playing a fiddle duet with Fergal, who is an absolute icon on the fiddle is just a dream - I am continually in awe of his musical skills (on many instruments as well - he even played piano according on this track.)

Getting Steve Ferrone - The original drummer on Tom Petty's version - to lend his beats to this was the icing on the cake, and something I would have never imagined possible.
